With my years of experience as a computer programming and interest in education and learning in general, coupled with the school management software I have developed since 2008. I did a course titled Education Technology in my undergraduate days and I loved it because because it draws from all my interest which are art, technology and learning. Years later I completed a master degree M.Ed in Educational Technology and I believed this cemented my path as an “educational technologist”.

Since I have been teaching programming for years and had a school management software I combined this into a Learning and School Management System I called Technology. Education. Art (TEA) and thankfully I have schools currently using my software while I also use it for online teaching.

This is a project I started in 2007 as a personal project, due to my love for teaching and learning, I wanted to automate the learning system in Nigeria, considering the challenges face by schools in Nigeria. After one year of working on this project, I copyrighted it with the name NEMS (National Education Management System) in 2008 and my team started taking it to schools for beta testing. It has been 14 years down the line, with partnership with EduSystems, the NEMS Team and Schools.
